All Mobile appointment will have an additional £5 to cover travel.

  Thursday -             Limited Availability   

  Friday -                       08:00 - 16:00.     

All Sports massages can include the following treatments -

Cupping, Scraping, Theragun, Pressure pointing and Taping.   

There is some availability online to book for Sports Massage. However, if you don't see the days/ times that suit you best please get in contact.

Sports Massage Cancellation 
If you are unable to attend an appointment please allow plenty of notice to cancel.
If you cancel out side a 24 hour period you will not be required to pay for your appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hours you will be required to pay £6 for 30 min appointments or £12 for 60 min appointments. 
If you are a no show you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment. 

Pre Treatment Information

What to bring with you - Please bring a towel with you and a bottle of water. Neither are paramount and if you forget them it won't effect your treatment. 

Mobile appointments - Please bare in mind when booking a mobile appointment you have the space for my bed and space for me to move around the bed freely to be able to give you the best treatment I can. 


Post Treatment Information

Drink plenty of water!! This will help stay hydrated which will improve recovery time.

Rest for 24 hours! Allow yourself to recover after your treatment, a sports massage is like doing a workout for the muscles and they will feel tender for 24 hours so let some recovery do its thing! If you are desperate to train try and do a lighter session or work the muscles that haven't been treated.
If you train or work they muscles that have been massaged straight after treatment they will just go back to being tight as they were before the massage.
